Description

A single stroke action draws the liquid without disturbing sediment. It requires just a couple inches of liquid and works perfectly in carboys, buckets, and gallon jugs. This auto-siphon uses a solid, glue-bonded construction for simple sanitizing and use, and will not restrict the flow. It uses 3/8" tubing.

It will take time

It's pretty neat to be able to siphon from a carboy on the floor, but it takes some getting-used-to. It wound up being messy; lots of floor clean-up. I kept thinking that the old hand-operated siphon was easier, but, for 80 bucks I'll give it another chance or two. Maybe I'll learn.

Works well but you have to be careful cleaning as the little valve in the tip can come out.

Clean and Easy to Use

This is likely the easiest way of getting wort out without blowing air or introducing water into the wort during the process. A few pumps and you're on your way.
