Had the pleasure of tasting this beer at the Rioz. I immediately knew I had to make this beer. Is clone is spot on! Amazing beer and brings back the taste of the steak house with every gulp. Not all clones are spot on.... This one is Great job Austin

Great kit, but it didn't make Xingu! Followed directions exactly, added the required brown sugar, not sure what went wrong but it ended up being a happy accident. Spent 3 weeks in the bottle, developed nicely over time but what came out was a nice smoky porter. Go for it, if that's what you're looking for!
