Belgian Saison III Yeast White Labs
Species : Ale
Fermentation Temp Range (°F) : 68-75
Apparent Attenuation Range (%) : 70-74
Flocculation : Low-Medium
Alcohol Tolerance : Medium 5-10%
Pitching/Fermentation : Produces beer with a high fruit ester characteristic, as well as some slight tartness. Finishes slightly malty, which balances out the esters. Also produces low levels of clove phenolics.
Notes : A blend of Trappist type yeast (2) and one Belgian ale type yeast.
Best Styles : Great yeast choice for a summer Saison that is light and easy-drinking.

When you think about it they are nothing more than a small extract brew. Show Me How To Make A Yeast Starter
