Classic Review

Mini-mash. Fermented with WLP 810 (San Francisco lager) yeast. This kit missing vanilla. Added 1 ounce vanilla extract (may be too much). The result is very close to the bottled version in side by side tasting. Maybe a little too much vanilla aroma. I would suggest 1/2 or 3/4 ounce vanilla.
