First taste

Great flavor going from the secondary to keg. I used the BIAB method and love this beer so far. Anticipating better flavor after conditioning a few weeks.

Disappointed

Brewed the AG, it came out almost blonde, not dark, rich and red. I really have to question the recipe, it was only 2 types of grain. Won't be doing this one again.

I Brewed this Kit and it was excellent. Snithwicks drinkers thought it was better than the original.

Tried my first after two weeks in the bottle. It came out great. Look and taste is outstanding. Very smooth.

I used the Mini Mash kit and was impressed. I love Smithwick's and it was very close to the real thing. I will definitely make again only this time as the All Grain.
