i brewed this on 12/26/10, and just opened a bottle after 2 weeks of bottle conditioning and it's wonderful. I did the mini mash recipe and it truly is great!

Very good kit. I did a primary fermentation for a week and racked over to the secondary for another week. Tried the first sample at 3 weeks and it was drinkable, but not there yet. I tested one every week after and it keeps getting better and better. Finally at 7 weeks it is what you would expect from an IPA. I think by 12 weeks it will be amazing!
