Shiner Bock (5B) - MINI MASH Homebrew Ingredient Kit

I've been drinking Shiner since I moved to Texas in 1990 and can tell you this recipe is spot on. As soon as I bottle one 5 gallon batch I turn around and brew another. Follow the directions and don't rush the process, it is well worth the wait.

This beer is right on the money. I followed the instructions with a mini mash. I fermented this beer to the exact temps required. 55 for 14 days. came out amazing. went camping.... drank 5 gallons in 2 nights......going to pick up a few more for sure.

My first try at brewing since 1980. This turned out great. Shared it with family and friends, they said it was spot on and wanted another. I'll make another batch real soon. Great job

This is a great bock beer . I never had the real shiner . I will make this one again

I am very pleased with the outcome of this bock. Definitely will be making this a second time in the near future.
