Sassafras Flavoring - 1 Dram
Whether making your own root beer or just adding a hint of sassafras to your next batch, this sassafras flavoring tastes great and is simple to use. It is recommended to add flavoring during secondary fermentation, but feel free to experiment. Trying adding during primary fermentation, kegging, or bottling for some unique taste sensations. 1 dram will flavor 5-6 gallons of beer, wine, cider or mead.
