I had this beer in Houston before coming back home. Loved it so much I started doing home brew and this was my first recipe, the extract version. It turned out really good. I followed the recipes recommendation of 1 week primary, 1 week secondary, and 4 weeks bottling carbonating. Everyone who's tried it had great comments. Just follow the recipe and keep everything sanitized and it'll turn out really great. I have been pouring slowly and leaving some beer in to avoid the trub. I tried pouring the whole bottle a few times and it tasted kind of like a postage stamp.
