I wanted a low abv with good flavor, and read some info on line about this mild ale, so I decided to give it a try. I did the mini-mash with dry yeast, and it turned out awesome. Did two stage fermentation 10 days primary, 7 days 2nd. Bottled, and as I am impatient I tried one in about 4 days as was already somewhat carbonated and pretty good, after a week was even better, and after 2 weeks was pretty freakin good. Will definitely be doing this one again.
