This is a beer fining agent used to reduce chill haze from proteins left in solution of your beer. Recommended dosage is 0.5 to 2.5 grams per gallon in beer in wine.
Just mix up the desired amount in a cup of sanitized warm water and add directly to the fermenter after primary fermentation is complete. Let sit a day or two and then transfer your beer or wine.
