Pitching/Fermentation: A highly flocculent Norwegian ale strain with an astoundingly wide temperature range and little change in flavor across the range. Clean enough for both American and English styles, it has a unique honey-like aroma with overripe mango. Complementary to modern, fruity hops. Temperature control is unnecessary with this strain. Non-phenolic and no noticeable fusels, even at higher temperatures.

Want to make a Yeast Starter? Home brewers are always led to believe making a yeast starter is for the advanced brewer. This could not be further from the truth. If anything beginning brewers should start with yeast starters. When you think about it they are nothing more than a small extract brew. Show Me How To Make A Yeast Starter

Wow

I fermented this at 85-90 degrees in my garage with three heat seed starting mats duct taped to a fermenter bucket. I was surprised by the tropical fruit aromas coming out of the air lock and how compact the yeast cake was with in one week, especially with me sloshing the bucket trying to pry the lid off before bottling. I probably need a power washer to get yeast out of bottles. Great stuff, I want to try with meads and ciders next.
