Add some rich, tasty chocolate tones to your next batch! This 4 ounce natural flavor extract is great for adding notes of chocolate to a batch of wine or beer, or boasting your existing flavor level to let the chocolate shine through. It is recommended to add flavoring during secondary fermentation. Add flavor in a smaller amount initially (1-2 oz.) and wait 1-2 days for sampling and then adjusting the flavoring to meet your needs. A 5 gallon recipe works well with 2-4 oz of flavor added.
