I did this as my first all grain and used the 1% alcohol boost. I entered it into my first ever contest and placed first in the Light Hybrid category at the 2009 Stoney Creek Homebrews\' championship, which I entered under the name \"Miniature Monarch\". Results here: http://schomebrewers.com/node/11 Like the commercial version, it is neither malty nor bitter, is light in body, super crisp and refreshing. It is the great American \"Let\'s get buzzed on a hot day with good beer\"

Great Cream Ale
Entered this beer in the State Fair and received a Honorable Mention award. I did the alcohol boost and extra body packets and I believe they are worth the extra few bucks. I used the dry yeast and brewed to the directions given. Great clean, smooth beer, not hoppy or malty. My friends say this is a great Pilsner beer similar to all the big store brand beers but just Better.

Incredibly Great!
This is a great recipe and is one that I will be keeping on tap! 2 weeks primary and it was ready to keg. Even uncarbonated, it tastes really good! You will not be disappointed. Get the alcohol boost too.

This was my first Cream Ale and I was very happy with the results. Not too hoppy or malty and very easy to drink. It was a hit with all of my friends. Definitely will be brewing this recipe again and again.
