not sure you want this review. The first problem I encountered was one of the grain bags broke releasing all the grain to burn on the bottom of my wort pot. 3 and1/2 hours later I managed to scrape almost all of the burnt grain off of the bottom of the wort. Had a lot of wasted beer after trying to clean up my mess. I only got 17 bottles of beer when I should have had at least 36.

Great Cream Ale

Entered this beer in the State Fair and received a Honorable Mention award. I did the alcohol boost and extra body packets and I believe they are worth the extra few bucks. I used the dry yeast and brewed to the directions given. Great clean, smooth beer, not hoppy or malty. My friends say this is a great Pilsner beer similar to all the big store brand beers but just Better.

Incredibly Great!

This is a great recipe and is one that I will be keeping on tap! 2 weeks primary and it was ready to keg. Even uncarbonated, it tastes really good! You will not be disappointed. Get the alcohol boost too.

Classic Review

This was my first Cream Ale and I was very happy with the results. Not too hoppy or malty and very easy to drink. It was a hit with all of my friends. Definitely will be brewing this recipe again and again.
