Not bad
Making my second order. First was OK but only somewhat close to the original, I will say that over any other beer that I've made this one does best with age over all the others and gets closer to the actual,

Be sure to let this one stay in the bottle for 3 weeks to fully carbonate. I am planning to brew this again!! Great Summer Beer!!

FANTASTIC! Have brewed many beers and this is one of my (& many other friends' & fam's) favs! Added one oz of extra blueberry flavoring and man, you can really taste the blueberry, in addition to the wheat flavor! It is a full-bodied beer, but light and really packs a punch. Relatively light.... but extremely flavorful - like wheat germ - and about 5.1 ABD, without additives. If you like wheats, you must try this one and by all means, take it camping or take it to the beach!

Excellent! Anxious and unable to wait 3 weeks after bottling, so I tried one at 2 weeks, it was very strong on the raspberry flavor, but still liked it. After another week, the fruit flavor became very faint, as in the REAL Sunset Wheat. Love this beer! BTW: I used the whole 2 oz. of flavoring that was called for in the brewing instructions. Only got 46 bottles out of the batch, so must have boiled off the other 1/2 gal. in the brewing, oops!

Well 3 weeks after my last post and the fruity flavor has mellowed a lot. It seems this needs to rest in the bottles for about 2 months for the extract flavors to really be subtle instead of overwhelming. Now, I would say stick with the full 1 oz of extract.
