Kieselsol is a fining agent used in the clarification of wine. This product when used in conjunction with Chitosan
will clear your wine of lingering sediment and help you craft a crystal clear, delicious wine. Typically, you will add your Kieselsol and incorporate it into the solution, and then after waiting 24 hours add the Chitosan. This packet contains 12.5 mL of Kieselsol.
