I am a hophead so i tweaked a little with the hops (added 1/8 simcoe for both flavor and aroma and went with a full 1 oz. of nugget to the dry hopping and this is my best brew ever! Just as good as Hopback, just a little hoppier which is what i was shooting for. One week primary, two weeks secondary and three weeks in bottle.This one won't be around.
