Q: This would be first time making any cheese. Since products needs freezing and refrigeration how are they shipped to me without spoiling? Its 100 degrees everyday and I'm afraid this will contamiate the cultures in transit.
A: The long term cold storage on the cultures will prolong the life, but short times of warming will not harm the product, as they are shipped to us 'dry" for refridgerating until sold without issues at all. Cold packs can be added tot he order for $.99 by adding them as a spare item to the order, but will noly act as a stop gap in transit.
