Brewed this all-grain on January 27, 2012 with Wyeast German Wheat 3333. Primary in plastic, secondary in glass. Kegged on May 30, 2012 and force carbonated. I had the first glass on June 11, 2012 and am pleased with the results. The color is good, nose is pleasant, CO2 is spot on, and it is very clear. Not too malty and not too dry. When I do another dunkel, I will likely make 10 gallons of this kit.
