Mixed reviews on this one. After a week in the primary and nearly a week in the secondary, and then about two weeks in the bottle I poured one up and poured it out. However, after another couple of weeks in the bottle I poured another one up and the beer is begining to come around nicely but it still has a bit to go. I usually don't have to age wheat beer this long. Right now the initial taste is pretty good but I still have a bit of a yeasty after taste. FYI, I did add some extra corn sugar during the boild to give the yeast a bit more chow. If this beer keeps maturing and improving I will report.
