Not even close but good

I made this in the mini-mash version and did not stray from the instructions. Included Alcohol Boost and did a yeast starter with Nottingham and Propper Starter. Came in at 6.0, so it is more or less on target, but I expected a higher APV due to the boost. Did a side by side comparison with real 60 minute, and it's not even close in color and taste. The beer is very good though. I expect that it would probably be a closer match if I had done the All-Grain version. So if you are trying to decide between Mini and All-Grain, go All-Grain.
