Dark Munich Malt - 55 lb. Bag
Made by Weyermann using quality, 2-row German Spring barely, provides intensely malty flavor and aroma. Contributes an amber hue without adding non-fermentables or affecting foam. Small amounts added to the grist will improve malt flavor and produce richer colors in low gravity beers.
Great for brewing dark lagers and ales, especially Munich-style lagers, Bocks, and fest beers such as Marzens and Oktoberfests.
