Daisy Mae and Daisy may not
Wanted to follow Papazian's Dortmund Lager recipe as written so I ordered this "kit." Used SAFLager-S189 instead of Coopers's yeast. Fermented at 50°F, 48hr diaceytal rest at 68°F then lagered four weeks again at 50°F. Delicious.
