Coopers canned beer kits are unique because they are the only kits produced by a working brewery: Coopers in Australia. Early records of "Coopers and Son" producing India Pale Ale can be found in the South Australian Advertiser, dated February 1868. Thomas Coopers IPA produces a beer with all the hallmarks of a genuine IPA from the mother land. This IPA has amber to golden hues with a strong white head. Its aromas of malt with a hint of fruit are followed by bold malt flavors with balanced hop bitterness at the finish.
