This is an amazing IPA with a strong citrus character in both flavor and aroma from the 3 oz of Citra hops and sweet orange peel, like you would expect from an American IPA. Those citrus notes are balanced by a caramel and biscuity charachter imparted by the rich malt backbone of this beer. To top it off there is just the the right amount of pineyness and juniper character imparted by the Chinook hops and juniper berries to make this an IPA truly deserving a share with friends and family around the Christmas Tree this holiday season.
