Calcium Chloride - 1 TSP
A 1 teaspoon packet of calcium chloride. Calcium chloride is used in beer and wine to harden water, and make the solution more acidic by decreasing the pH level. It is also used in cheesemaking to help coagulate the curds.
For Beer and Wine
Usage: 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons. For Cheese Making
Usage: 1/2 teaspoon per 1 gallon of milk.
