This yeast nutrient is a mixture of diammonium phosphate and yeast hulls. It is used to promote rapid starting and complete fermentation.
Usage: 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons for beer and wine. 2.5 oz is enough for 3.5 bbl (108.5 gallons). 10.5 oz is enough for 15 bbl (465 gallons). 22 tsp are included in a 2.5 oz package.
