Malted in Central Texas by Blacklands Malt. This base brewers malt is produced from well modified two-rowed barley. It produces a very clean, malty wort with a moderate green sweetness and a touch of earthiness. It is a great enzymatic malt for quick conversion to be used as a base for any recipe, especially suited for IPAs and Pale Ales. This malt may be used for up to 100% of mash grains.
