Ascorbic Acid - 1 oz
Commonly referred to as Vitamin C, ascorbic acid acts as a preservative in bottled beers and wines and reduces the risk of oxidation. Lowering the oxidation risk decreases the chance of off aromas and tastes developing in your beer or wine. Ascorbic Acid is an organic acid with natural antioxidant proeperties.
Directions for Use:
-Use 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons
-Add during bottling of beer or wine
