This was my first AG brew; it turned out awsome. I left all of my hop bags in the primary (accident), and the 1st test bottle was rough, but after 3 weeks of bottle conditioning it turned out better than Anchor. I fermented mine between 72* -74*, and it is sweeter/has more body than Anchor; it balanced the hop flavor well. I've never seen anyone brew it that warm online, but I discussed it w/ the microbioligist at Wyeast and got his blessing. I will brew this again for sure.
