These caps work!

As a newbie brewer, I purchased both swing-top bottles and capping bottles, to gain some experience with both. I am finally past the fermentation and cooling stages, so starting to pop open some bottles. Not only are these a great ornamental design, but they perform as stated. The beer is fresh. I will definitely use the oxygen barrier caps going forward!
