Just kegged this after 3 weeks in the primary. This beer turned out awesome, dark black, with a cappachino(sp) frothy head. Flavor is spot on, complex and roasty. I added .5 lbs of malto dextin, as I do with all my beers to give it more mouthfeel. This would be a great beer to use as a base and build off of. Some suggestions for future brewers, Coconut Wheat Stout, Vanilla Wheat Stout, Coffee Wheat Stout, Whiskey Wheat Stout. Great brew, I'll be making this one again!
