Extract with PC 1469 Wyeast, 5.3% ABV. 8 days in primary and 18 days in secondary, kegged. Vigorous fermentation required me to change airlock to blow off tube. Great taste and smell at time of transfer to secondary. Kegged and conditioned and turned really good. Dark in color, nice head retention, taste is what you would expect and want from an oatmeal stout. I would recommend this to anyone looking to do an oatmeal stout, money well spent.
