West Coast Pale Ale
Excellent beer, brewed in late June and dry hopped with an extra ounce of Cascade before kegging. The keg is about to blow and the beer remains delicious. Will brew again and maybe change the hops form Cascade to another single hop just to experiment.

Followed the recipe pretty close, dry hopped with Kent Goldings. It has been resting for about 3 weeks now and has turned out great. A pleasant pale ale when you aren't looking for something too strong, and is generally liked by those who are accustomed to lighter american beers.

AWESOME!!!!!! I keep buying this one and it works every time! I change the hops some times, a little more of this a little more of that, even a different (White Labs) Calif. strain in one batch.... It's never been bad! A Crowd Pleaser + you can get pretty faded on a couple of these tall boys!

Absolutely loved this Pale Ale. It could become a house favorite right up there with Fat Tire.

Pale ales are not my favorite type, but I love this ale. I ended up using Wyeast East Coast. This worked out really well. This recipe is lite, and a nice balance between hoppy and citrusy. Will definitely be ordering this again.

I kegged this beer after just 3 weeks, but it took about 3 weeks for it to really come in to it own. Very nice beer, love the cascade hops.
