An excellent, easy, and quick brew at a good price. I used the mini-mash and fermented at a temperature around 65 degrees using Nottingham ale yeast, which started within 6-8 hours and fermented steadily and quickly. I rushed this to keg in about 2 weeks, and it already tasted quite good, now at 4 weeks it is probably even better. I really like the bitterness from the Warrior hops - so clean and crisp - and would like to try different aroma or dry hops options. I'll be making this again in the near future!
