Tastes like a dark Czech lager, the partial mash was a little lighter in color/body than the actual U Fleku beer. I used the white labs Czech yeast because it had the highest attenuation, and that was proabably a good move. I bottled about a third of the batch and kegged the rest and for some reason I actually like it more bottle conditioned. If you get the chance to go to Prague, its worth a trip to U Fleku, and try to find a pint of Kozel while you're there.
