Been drinking these sparingly as its only 2.5 months. An excellent Belgian Tripel. Maybe I am being too picky, but I can't really appreciate any IPA style taste or flavoring.

Brewed end of January. Two weeks in the primary then racked for one week. Bottle conditioned for two months. This is a great Belgian style IPA. It is not made to be an American style IPA! Not alot of citrus or hoppy nose, but a nice Belgian scent. An excellent blend for this style of beer. Strong at 8.5% ABV. Overall an outstanding beer. Am ordering again....

Amazing. Poured in a Belgian tulip glass, this is one complex ale. Nose of an IPA, mouthfeel and flavor notes of a Belgian Tripel. Gave a bottle to my friend and he was like "what was THAT?" Good stuff. Will become a staple in my cellar.

Just started to trial taste this bottle - very tasty but not really IPA. I would call this more of a hopped triple. If you like triples and want to experiment with different hop flavors, this would be the perfect one to do. It's a keeper!

did full extract, 5 weeks in primary, at this point 2 mths in bottle. AWESOME Belgian tripel, hints of the IPA but as other said, not overpowering. This is still a Belgian tripel at heart. It's just in time for the planned Holiday beer, but will drink sparingly as this will only get better over the next 4 months! Will definitely be brewing this one again!
