Fantastic Mango IPA
I brewed the Mini Mash version of this and it came out incredible. Like Tim McWha, I also used Mosaic hops ( .5 oz last 5 of boil and 1 oz in dry hopping). On top of that I used 5lbs. of fresh mangos that I added on the 2nd day of fermentation in my primary in a Muslin Hop Bag. 5 days prior to that I cut the mangos into 1 inch slices and froze them then took them out and refroze them for those 5 days to break down the membranes and not have to pasteurize the mangos as they would loose some flavor. I also added the alcohol boost and it came out fantastic for my first IPA. It had great aroma and the taste was awesome. Not too bitter as other IPAs but it was a favorite with everyone that tried it. I am making this again but will add habaneros to it as well to see how that goes and will be doing this all grain. I will post that review in the months to come.

AMAZING IPA!!
I brewed the LME version and spruced it up by taking the existing recipe and adding Mosaic hops ( .5 oz last 5 of boil and 1 oz in dry hopping) and added the alcohol boost (IMO a good IPA should be mid 6% ABV). IT CAME OUT INCREDIBLE! The flavor is light and citrusy with amazing bitterness (IBU's around 42) and my ABV came out to 6.6%. I feel the aroma department is my only letdown, it has a very mango like aroma no doubt from the Mosaic. The flavor is good n citrusy, like a grapefruit almost but very hoppy and piney too. This is almost my perfect IPA. It blows away everything in my fridge except maybe real Ale 4 squared. DEFINITELY pick this baby up! Mini mash is my next version of this for sure to add more complexity to the body

Amazing
it's the first time I've tried this beer. Brewed in March, tapped in mid June... this is perfect for a summers afternoon/evening. Light and slightly hoppy, this will be on tap year round at my house!

This was my first attempt at brewing and this beer turned out perfect! Great hop aroma, definitely an IPA but I felt it was easier to drink than most. Extremely smooth and refreshing, especially during the summer from hell here in Texas. Secondary fermented for an extra week and bottled for 3. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to try a great beer.

This was my first brew. I was a bit worried about it coming out too hoppy but it turned out not to be the case. It turned into a perfect, nice, smooth and light summer ale. I had no idea you could brew better tasting beer than you can buy. It's worth the effort. I'm hooked.

I brewed this as a liquid extract recipe. I added a pound of light DME and dry hopped with 2 oz of whole leaf cascade hops. It is a beautiful thing! One of the best I have brewed to date.

I did the extract with the wyeast and alcohol boost. Three weeks in primary and it was great after three in bottle. I lost track of a couple of bottles that I drank at 6 months and it was better. I will definitely do this one again!

Did the AG version with dry yeast. Followed instructions as-is and this turned out to be a great beer. Actually ended up being the wife's favorite brew to date. Very light, very crisp, with just the right amount of hops for a summer day. I am going to make this again sometime in the winter to see if it is a year-round beer but I would suspect that it is best served in the warmer, summer/spring months.
