Great beer. I doubled the raspberry extract and everyone loved it.

This is a very good beer. The raspberry extract leaves a very prominent 'extract' taste (moreso than a raspberry taste) after 2.5 weeks in bottles, but it is certainly getting better with age. I can't wait to try some more of this in about 2 weeks.

Kegged this batch about 2 weeks ago. I opted to not add the rasberry flavoring, and afterwards, im glad i did. I tried a bit with some of the extract and it wasnt that good to me. The beer by itself is outstanding though. Everyone who has tried it has raved about it. Maybe it is just me, but the raspberry extract gave the beer a sort of medicinal or cough syrup taste.

Great beer! Parents were having some friends over for the weekend so I brought a keg over for them to taste and get their opinion, and I couldn't keep them away from it! Subtle raspberry aftertaste, not too overpowering but definitely there. Will definitely be brewing this one again in the future. Thanks AHS!

An excellent wheat beer. Very light raspberry flavor which is what I was looking for. I brewed the mini-mash kit with the Wyeast recommended yeast. It was also my first outdoor brew attempt. Everybody loved it and cleaned me out of bottles in less than a week.

Really came out great as an end of the summer beer for friends. Subtle raspberry flavor really pleases the palate. Popular with all my friends and the keg was empty within the week.

Crowd favorite! This kit has been my best brew thus-far (which isn't a large list to compare). I added the entire bottle of Raspberry flavoring during bottling. My wife loves this beer, friends love this beer, it's a hit. The raspberry is very subtle and doesn't over power the beer. Some of the other reviewers said they didn't add the raspberry flavoring, from what I can taste not adding the raspberry would still give you a great beer. You can't go wrong with this kit, it's a great wheat beer.

This is a nice beer, but not for the reasons you would expect. I did the AG w/ Wyeast. I also added an additional bottle of raspberry extract at bottling. Although I used the additional extract, it is virtually undetectable. The raspberry flavor is very mild to say the least. The mild/nice hop flavor actually is the reason this beer is good to me. It's just an easy drinking summer brew.
