Great beer

This turned out fantastic. Took a sample, as always, to the monthly brew meeting and the reception was excellent. This beer was so good, that by the time I drew a proper Imperial Pint, the keg would only offer about 4 more before it floated. We never realized how we were just draining it. Planning on keeping a closet full of these kits!

Nice earthy, fuggle-y hop flavor and perfect three weeks after brew date.

I made a batch of this about 6 years ago. This past winter I found almost a case of them in the back of the closet. Threw them into the refrigerator and gave them a shot. What a great beer! Smooth and flavorful...just about perfect as an everyday beer. The carbonation was a bit on the light side but still had a good 'whoosh' when I pried of the cap. Highly recommended....I kegged a new batch of it last night.
