Classic Review

This beer is legit! I've been trying to replicate something close to a true Munich Helles, namely Augustinerbrau, Spaten or Paulaner. This kit will get you pretty damn close. I've done the partial mash and the AG, both of which are very forgiving. I had less than ideal, unstable fermentation temps but the beers came out just fine. One of the most rewarding things is watching peoples' face light up when they drink a beer that they think will taste like Coors Lite, but instead is packed with flavor. In some cases, less is more....this kit only has a few ingredients, but will produce a nice malty and crisap lager. Get back to basics....you'll be happy you did!
