I brewed this about six months ago and just when I was going to rack it, I went to the storage unit to find my spigot leaking and about four gallons of it on the ground, and I tossed the rest. I ordered another batch with the alcohol boost and it came out much different that I thought. Instead of lemony type character (lemon is the adjunct) it was very sour. Still drinkable though.

This beer is absolutely fantastic. This was the first homebrew of mine that all of the family really enjoyed. It's good by itself but with a fresh lemon wedge it's unreal. Very good summer brew. My wife has made it clear that this one should always be in the kegerator.

Oh yeah, this is a good one! A little sweet, with perfect bitterness to offset the malt, and no real hop flavor or aroma. The recipe includes lemon peel, but there isn't any discernible flavor of lemon in the finished beer. Unlike one of the earlier comments, my version is not the least bit sour. I normally use WB-06 dry yeast for wheat beers, but I used the Wyeast 1010 straight out of the pouch on this one and it turned out very nice. Brewed July 16, 2011, kegged August 13th, in the kegerator on gas September 15th and tapped on October 1st. Approximately 10 weeks from boil to beer glass.

Great, great beer. Brewed for a group trip to the mountains, it did not last a day. Nice, easy beer for a long hot day.

Great! This beer I highly recommend. Very nice for the summer. Everyone that has tasted this seems to really enjoy it. Kinda tastes like Brewers Best summer ale but not as bitter. If you have done several kits and are looking for a nice summer beer......this is it
