Oh yeah, this is a good one! A little sweet, with perfect bitterness to offset the malt, and no real hop flavor or aroma. The recipe includes lemon peel, but there isn't any discernible flavor of lemon in the finished beer. Unlike one of the earlier comments, my version is not the least bit sour. I normally use WB-06 dry yeast for wheat beers, but I used the Wyeast 1010 straight out of the pouch on this one and it turned out very nice. Brewed July 16, 2011, kegged August 13th, in the kegerator on gas September 15th and tapped on October 1st. Approximately 10 weeks from boil to beer glass.
