This was the first lager I have ever brewed. Since we drink a fair amount of Corona out on the lake, I figured it would be a good lager to cut my teeth on. It definitely gets better with time. I never hit the FG I was shooting for and it ended up at about 4.8 ABV. After 4 months conditioning it is really smooth. I'm gonna brew this one again for next summer, but Im not gonna drink a drop until its conditioned for 3 - 4 months.

I've brewed this one twice, we love it. I will definitely brew again and again. Takes about 4-6 weeks in the bottle before it tastes right.

Did this one as an ale with California Ale yeast...although not exactly a Corona, I find this version much better. No skunked taste and no lime needed. As stated before, let this sit for a few weeks and you will be rewarded. I will most likely be keeping this on tap year round. Slainte!

Not sure what happened but mine would never carbonate in the bottle. After 3 months it was still a little bitter and I had to shake the bottle up before refrigerating or there would be no carbonation at all. I had them stored in the back of the closet and forgot about them. They sat in there for 6 months or so before I tried another one. They are awesome. My best brew yet. I don't know what I did wrong but it's right now-9 months later.

Did the same with California Ale yeast - really light, easy drinking beer. I'll more than likely keep this one on tap as much as possible. It's good for football Saturdays when you might end up drinking more than a few...
