Hello... What have we here? The Lando Cascadian Dark Ale will charm you and then betray you to the dark side, but you will not mind. This cascadian dark ale is boldly hopped, offering both citrus and floral tones. Crystal malt lends this brew a nice caramel note. It's bold enough for scoundrels, yet refined enough for any princess.

Specialty malts: English Crystal, de-bittered black malt
Featured hops: Warrior, Summit, Columbus, Falconer's Flight

Dark IPA

I will start out by saying that I was never a big dark beer fan. However, the nearby brewery, Hound Song Brewery in Columbus brewed a Dark IPA that I tried and absolutely loved it. Our go to when we visit the brewery. AHS advised me that this beer would be a beer that would have a lighter dark roasted/chocolate flavor with a hop zing. It turned out to be as advertised. As my son indicated after he tried it, Dad this is amazing. Very smooth roasted flavors on the onset and then cleans up with a good hoppy finish. It'll be my go-to brew for some time.
