Great beer. I fermented and conditioned at too warm a temp but it was still very good.

I had never had a Kolsch before but brewed it anyway. Great brew. Had the local Kolsch at a brewery and this recipe nails it! Ordering it again tonight.

A nice well-balanced beer. Perfect for a refreshing break after working outside in the clear spring air!

Nice light summer beer. This is as close to a "lite" beer as I'll ever brew, probably too light for me (and most people who appreciate beer). The recipe needs a little more on the bitter side as well. If I brew again I'll probably add another half oz of some sort of noble hops to get closer to style expectations. The yeast produced the perfect amount of characteristic fruitiness a Kolsch should have. Great head coming out of the keg. Came out perfectly clear after cold crashing it for 2 weeks in the keezer.
