I added 5lbs of fresh Strawberries to this in the secondary and boy did it come out nice! Excellent flavor and aroma, great kit to add any kind of fruit to.

Kegged after 2 1/2 weeks in primary only (no secondary). Cleared up well enough for a wheat bear and very good even with little aging and force carbonating. Will definitely be picking this one up again!

Partial Mash w/recommended dry yeast. 2 weeks primary, 2 weeks secondary, keg'd with 6 weeks of aging. This is a very consistent performer. Great price on a beer that doesn't disappoint. It has a nice wheat flavor, the honey is subtle, but it has a crisp-ness that you'd generally get from a lager or pilsner. AHS has the recipe on point. This brew is a regular in my rotation. Thanks AHS!
