GREAT
I've brewed this one twice with great results both times. This last time to try to bring out the honey flavor, I added honey to boil at flame out and I also primed with 6 oz of honey as opposed to the priming sugar. Most will tell you this doesn't make a difference, but on this one, it does! Get a good strong flavored honey and it makes a difference you can actually taste. This is my go-to easy drinking beer. Oh, and the color of the beer is beautiful!

This was my first brew, and it was good. Didn't really get good until after about 2 months in the bottle. Before that it had a strong lingering aftertaste. Will brew again next spring for the summer.

I enjoyed this on the front porch all July. My wife loved it with a lemon on top, and she's not a big beer drinker.

Overall, a great tasting brew. If you're looking for a recipe with a distinct honey taste, you might not like this one--the honey flavor is very subtle. But overall, very good, well-received by all friends who have tried it.

This is a great beer for a hot day. Easy to brew, not a lot of ingredients - a simple beer but delicious. This one hit target gravities right on and had a very nice crisp, dry flavor with just a hint of honey. I served this one at my wedding and everyone was impressed with the flavor and beautiful light golden color.

Good summertime blonde ale . I did not get any of the honey flavor to come through though. I will brew this beer again but will work some honey malt into the recipe to get more of the honey taste.

Followed the directions and fermented in primary for 1 week and secondary for one week. Its a good summer beer. My wife loved it but I think it would be better as a lager. But overall great kit, Just make sure you rack into a secondary for at least a week.

Well balanced beer. Did partial mash with liquid malt extract. Give it a few weeks for the flavors to meld.
