Classic Review

When I first tasted this beer at 5 weeks in the bottle, it was a little sweeter than I had hoped it would be. I let several six packs sit for a while. Tried them recently and they were incredible! This beer improved and became very light and the sweetness disappeared around the 3 to 4 month mark after bottling. Save some of this one for later consumption.

Classic Review

Brewed this over the 4th of July weekend and I must say its fantastic. Was worried about the fermentation as it didnt start right away even with starter but once it did... Look out. Overall great beer I would brew again. Only con it seems that its taking a while to carb up in bottle. Otherwise its great.
